Objective

India Energy Week 2023

Approach & Summary-

Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was organising “India Energy Week 2023” at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre and Epic India was given the project to visualise and manage the exhibition for Cairn Oil & Gas vertical of Vedanta Limited.

The exhibition was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi and attended by over 650 exhibiting companies. As Cairn’s event and hospitality partner, we were keen to highlight that Cairn India has a futuristic approach when it comes to sustainability and Net Zero. The idea was to bring forward the message and commitment of Cairn during the IWE2023.

The idea behind Cairn's experience zone design was to incorporate the elements of “Net Zero” wherein Cairn has committed to planting 2 million trees by 2030. Employing the technology of projection mapping we installed a massive digital globe tree, which displayed dynamic messaging. The globe along with the LED tubes (representing the tree trunk) and LED strips (digital roots) was a major attraction throughout the event.

To generate curiosity and keep up the energy and spirit of the exhibition, the team conceptualised to create a massive “triple zero” photo opportunity, showcasing Cairn’s effort towards “Zero Harm, Zero Waste, Zero Discharge”. The installment also adds more value to the stall, making it stand out during the event. The photo opportunity engaged the individuals visiting the stall, the touchpads placed within the experience zone were used to give added information about the project and attendees could download the agenda and ESG roadmap of Cairn via the QR code incorporated within the stall.
